Noesis, from the Greek for direct, intuitive knowing, is Ray Behan's guided journey from the base of the spine through all seven energy centres. It is, at its heart, a communion: at each centre, you are invited to let your energy touch nature, and to let nature touch you back.
When you balance your energy centres, nature has a way of finding you, of embracing you, of wrapping its arms around you. In this meditation, you will feel that.
When you balance your energy centres, there is an alignment that reaches beyond you, into divinity itself. Divinity holds a divine order to life, and you are part of that order. And when you balance your energy centres, you bring that order back into your life.
The meditation is carried by Noesis, an original music track written by Ray Behan and his producer Byron Keno, and layered with a 528 Hz Solfeggio frequency, often referred to as the "heart chakra" or "love" frequency, to support the emotional opening that happens as you move through the centres.
Over 62 minutes, you'll move gently and deliberately from root to crown, letting each energy centre settle, open, and align, with nature, with divinity, with the order that was always meant to hold your life.

About Ray Behan
